WOMEN International Boxing Association intercontinental welterweight champion, Monalisa Sibanda 62.0 kg, defended her title against Aciro Small Valente 60.0 kg from Uganda on the 27th July, 2022 at the Kingdom Hotel Hall in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
The current WIBA intercontinental champion defend her title in this much anticipated championship by a uninamous point decision 100-94,100-96,100-92. This win secured will serve as launched pad for her to contend for the world championship title.
The WIBA President Ryan Wissow, and the WIBA the entire team congratulate Sibanda on her defence and offer her a chance to fight with the current champion Alicia Kummer of Germany or Hedda from South Africa.
